At the beginning we create a sketch based on role models, pictures or custum wishes.
Next we produce models out of cardboard, foam or clay.
After an elaborate molding process the leather moldings can be pressed. It is 2-2.5 mm thick vegetable tanned bovine leather used. The mask offers after their formation, with normal care and storage sufficient shape stability for long wearing comfort. The coloring is done by hand.
Occasionally, refinements added by airbrushing.
If the natural stability of the leather is not enough or thin materials are used, skeletons out of most modern fiber composites can be used.
